Introduction

RainLike is designed with privacy in mind. The app does not collect, store or share any personal information.

Data Collection

RainLike does not collect any personal data.

The app:

• Does not require an account
• Does not require sign in
• Does not collect analytics
• Does not collect usage statistics
• Does not collect device identifiers
• Does not collect location information
• Does not access contacts, photos or other personal data

Internet Connection

RainLike does not communicate with any server operated by RainLike, and no information is transmitted from your device to RainLike.

The only network activity is with the App Store: to show the price of the full version, to complete a purchase, and to confirm a purchase you already own.

Purchases

The full version of RainLike is a one time purchase handled entirely by Apple.

Payment details, card information and Apple Account credentials are never seen or received by RainLike. The app is told only whether the full version is active on your Apple Account.

Restoring a purchase asks Apple to confirm what your Apple Account already owns. Nothing is sent to RainLike.

RainLike also reads the App Store receipt stored on your device to check whether the app was originally bought as a paid download, so that earlier customers keep the full version at no further cost. That receipt is issued by Apple and is not shared with anyone.

Purchases are covered by Apple's privacy policy.

Sound Data

Any custom soundscapes you create are stored locally on your device and never leave your device.

Third Parties

RainLike does not include third party advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.

Children's Privacy

RainLike does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy changes in the future, the updated version will be made available on this page.
